Jenny Reid

Technical Director

Jenny Reid, currently the owner of iFacts, is a pioneer of methodologies used to ensure executives and employees are secure in their environment and companies have honest, ethical, loyal and productive employees.

Jenny started in the security industry in 1995 and worked her way through the ranks, ultimately becoming the Managing Director of GriffithsReid.  Through her leadership, the company flourished from merely an investigations organisation into a security solutions corporation.  They were the first supplier of independent security solutions ensuring that loyalty was always to the client and not the supplier of the security service.  In 2009 Jenny bought iFacts and developed what was purely a screening company into an organisation that offers comprehensive services to ensure employees are safe, secure and honest.

Jenny is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to ensure companies maintain true value in their organisation and enhance it.

Jenny is the Past President of the Security Association of South Africa, where she was the first female to hold the rank of President in 40 years. Jenny speaks at and facilitates conferences around the world, and presents papers on various methods to ensure staff and suppliers to companies are honest. Jenny is also very involved in many charity projects and has started a CSI organisation known as, Adventures for Love. Recently a group of ladies from Adventures for Love canoed 65km of the Zambezi River to raise R100 000 for the conservation of the Lower Zambezi area.
