Rowen is a long-time business owner and venturer who has started and run businesses across many regions of the world. Straight after business school came Axiom Telecom (based in Dubai, UAE) which he Co-founded in 1996. The company is currently the largest distributor and retailer of mobile devices in the Gulf with revenues in excess of USD1bn. Rowen has operated in the Software (SynQuest, C-Bridge Internet Solutions), Financial Services (Zurich) and Healthcare (Atkinsons Homes) sectors and has a strong technology bias. He holds a BSc in Biology from King’s College London and a MBA from Cass Business School, London.
